In operational environments, safety depends not only on procedures but on people’s ability to identify risks and take action in real time.

However, risk situations are often not reported, either due to lack of simple tools or low engagement.

Challenge

Encourage employees to actively identify and communicate risk situations, fostering a culture of prevention and shared responsibility.

Approach

Developed a simple communication trigger: a red safety card used to signal risk situations

Designed a QR-based reporting system connected to email communication
Created a participation model where employees report actions and accumulate points (Gamification).

My role was concept development, communication strategy, campaign design and coordinate system implementation with stakeholders. (card realization, QR interaction and reporting flow).
