About Me

I believe that complex systems should be understandable for everyone.
Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of communication, design, and public institutions — helping translate technical, regulatory, and data-driven systems into clear and meaningful experiences.

For more than 10 years, I have been part of the Communications Unit at the Superintendence of Electricity and Fuels (SEC) in Chile, where I have contributed to the development of communication strategies, digital platforms, public information systems, and campaigns aimed at citizens and stakeholders.

My work focuses on one core idea: making complexity intuitive

I approach communication as a process of understanding first, and designing later.

This means:

Analyzing systems and identifying key structures translating technical language into human language using visual thinking and storytelling to guide comprehension creating communication that supports decision-making.

I have worked on projects related to: energy systems and regulation
public communication and citizen information data visualization and dashboards internal and external communication strategies.

Beyond structured systems, I am also interested in how communication connects with people at a human level.
